Wes Lane, SALLT Founder
Wes is known for his hope-infused leadership style. His gift in speaking to awaken people to a God that has not changed has led him to be a globally sought out speaker. Wes hosts the podcast, Hope Leads with Wes Lane.
Born and raised in Oklahoma City, Wes received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Oklahoma. Wes is the former Chairman of the Oklahoma Department of Human Services Commission, former Oklahoma County District Attorney, and author of the book Amazingly Graced. Wes is married to Dr. Lori Hansen Lane, a facial plastic surgeon and Miss Oklahoma USA.
Ingrid Lewis, Executive Director
As the Executive Director, Ingrid Lewis is the backbone of the SALLT team. She is known for her servant leadership, and her attention to detail in helping SALLT perform all duties with excellence. Ingrid brings the experience of a mother, a teacher, and is a guardian of culture.
Ingrid is entrepreneurial in spirit, and has unique gifting to consistently improve the environment she is part of while creating an atmosphere of joy for others to participate. Ingrid’s communication and organizational skills make her a key to the success of SALLT.
Rosa Cassity, Hospitality Coordinator and Prayer Intercessor
Rosa has the work ethic reflecting her farm-girl roots as she pours her life into creating an amazing space for leaders to learn. She champions our community through prayer.
Rosa enjoys spending time with her family, being a grandmother, and loves helping people understand Holy Spirit better. She also works as part of the Apostolic Intercessors Network. Her favorite pastime is spending time with her 6 grandchildren. Rosa loves reading, baking, teaching the Word, and interaction with young women.
Rennie Cook, Lead Facilitator
Since starting The Triumph Team in 2013 in Norman, Oklahoma, Rennie Cook has worked with thousands of leaders from large corporations to small business owners to entrepreneurs launching their dream endeavors. What sets Rennie apart is the perfect balance of experience as a trainer and as a professional in the trenches.
Rennie has a proven record where he spent over 15 years as a leader and executive who regularly led his teams to record growth, production and profits. He is also recognized as a highly effective trainer, coach and communicator who is able to inspire and ignite change that transforms individuals and organizations. His clients are continuously creating record setting growth, production and profits in their own right.
Aubrey Sanchez, Production Lead
Aubrey is tasked with helping the team produce events, classes, and programs that help us make an impact for Kingdom leaders. Using his apostolic gifting, Aubrey is passionate about establishing vision and leading with purpose, whether that's speaking to an audience or engaging one-on-one with SALLT members and team members.
Aubrey has over 22 years of experience in ministry and has an extensive background in Christian leadership. He's married to his wife Megan of 16 years and has two children, Hadley, 11, and Hart, 8. In his free time, you can find Aubrey on the soccer field with his family or enjoying his community in Norman, Oklahoma.
Andrea Pflughoft, Program Administrator and Office Manager
She has a Masters in Exercise Physiology and worked many years in corporate health and wellness. She homeschooled her two sons, led a support group, and taught in her co-op. In recent years, she has catalyzed her strategic and achiever strengths by becoming an executive and administrative assistant. Andrea has a passion for being engaged in her neighborhood and her small women's group.
For 30 years, Andrea has been married to her husband, Mike. She enjoys hiking, skiing, the occasional book editing project, and is an active member of the Edmond Quilt Guild. She is working her way through making every pie in a pie recipe book and can't resist loud music in a car with the windows down.
Kailey Marcum, Communications Lead
Kailey serves to communicate and promote the vision and general awareness of SALLT, and the programs, classes and events offered to the city. She received her undergraduate in Strategic Communications and Organizational Communications from the University of Central Oklahoma. She is gifted in long-range planning, administration, and organization.
Kailey has previously served for 7 years in ministry as a youth and young adults pastor. She is passionate about discipleship, and the development and growth of future young emerging leaders. She enjoys being active and athletic, and being outdoors.
Kellie Lewis, Marketing Specialist
Kellie recently graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a B.A. in Strategic Communications and Fashion Marketing. She is passionate about advancing the Kingdom of God in the political and legal fields and just completed her time working for Governor Kevin Stitt to pursue her juris doctorate at Oklahoma City University.
In addition to work and law school, Kellie is a fashion consultant and stylist. When she is not working, you can find her shopping, reading, or enjoying the great indoors.
