Good afternoon, Board Members!

I hope you're having a great week. This is a reminder that our next Board Meeting is next Thursday, July 30th, 11:30am-1:00pm on Zoom. I will send my Executive Director's Report later this week so you'll have an opportunity to review updates before we gather.

In addition to committee reports, this meeting will focus on two important governance discussions that will help shape SALLT's future and strengthen our long-term stewardship of the organization.

Agenda Highlights

Committee Reports – Updates from each committee highlighting progress, opportunities, and any recommendations requiring board consideration.

Strategic Partnership Framework – We will discuss and establish guiding principles for how SALLT partners with other organizations. Together, we will define the parameters that ensure future partnerships align with our mission, vision, values, theological convictions, strategic priorities, and desired Kingdom impact while advancing our collective influence in the city.

Financial Sustainability & Stewardship Policy – The Finance Committee will present its recommendation for a Financial Sustainability & Stewardship Policy designed to strengthen SALLT's long-term financial health. The proposed framework includes guiding principles for cash reserves, investment stewardship, and financial governance to ensure we faithfully manage the resources entrusted to the organization while supporting future ministry growth.
